Transitions and Effects Quiz

Open up the Lesson 7 project in your scratch drive we played around with last week. Then "Save Project As" in order to create a copy of this and save it as "Quiz". Erase whats on the sequence and create a well-edited 15 second sequence that contains the following:

• a new sequence/project made by you
• a fade in
• 2 dissolves (one long and one shorter one)
• 1 shot where you have slowed the speed down
• at least one effect from the video/video effects menu

You will use the footage from the DVD of your textbook which we uploaded to your computer last week. The "A Thousand Roads" footage will be the basis for your quiz, but CANNOT use the excersize we did in class.

You will have until 9:00am and will not able to continue working on your quiz after that. When you are done you should click File > Export >Quicktime Movie and name the file itv_lastname_firstname_quiz. Then turn it into the instructor's hand in folder.

You may use your notes, the textbook and the web, but NOT each other.
